Joey in BBA? 4v4?

Some of us have been tossing the idea around of inviting Joey to BBA6. Of course the concern is that he'd thoroughly dominate us, especially if he play with BBA-intensity and played to dominate. At the same time, it might be possible to neutralize him with lesser teammates. A Joey-Dan-Dav team wouldn't be that much better than a Rog-Hrb-Matt team, if it's even better at all.

What do you guys think?

If you haven't played with Joey, he's a 6'4" lanky 3pt stroking, rebounding machine with good handles. He played with us in BBA2, check out his stats: BBA2

At least we'd have someone to match up with Rob Ma's height.

This would make 13 of us in BBA6. We had 12 last season. I don't think 13 would be an issue with our current 3v3 setup, but some people have suggested we move to 4v4 games.

It could work, but here are my concerns/opinions:
- I prefer 3v3 for increased floor space
- 3v3 gives more people rest in between games, which was in high demand in previous seasons
- 3v3 is our past setup, and would be easier to create teams and schedule based on experience
- Continuity of stats: the modern age of BBA (3,4,5) has all been 3v3. Switching to 4v4 disrupts some inter-seasonal stat comparisons, ie. PPG, RPG, APG.
- Unknown number of team-matchups in 4v4: If some enterprising BBAer could put together a mock 4v4 team roster, we could see how many of these teams would be able to actually play against each other. (ie. a team of Klo-hrb-dan-dav can't play any other team with either of those 4 players on it) This may or may not be an issue, just something we have to investigate.

But if 4v4 is what people want and we can make it work, I am down to give it a shot.

Here is my BBA5 team creation excel sheet if you would like to use it as a template for either 3v3 or 4v4 team creation. But before anyone jumps into that, we need to decide about Joey.
